Puppy pictures!

Here I am with a very quick post. Have some pics from the other day. I swear they CHANGE OVERNIGHT!!! Several more of their ears are more up than when I took these pics on Tues. Where is time going??

Wow, I just can't believe how fast time is flying!! This is the last week of May, kids will be out of school by Friday. Puppies will be 6 weeks old tomorrow......isn't that crazy? We have been SOOOOOO busy, plus Chris' dad has shingles and has been in the hospital. I plan on making them some supper and taking to them one night this week. May is always such a busy month. 


On to a puppy update............they are just so cute! We have lots of ears popping up. Bingo has her's all the way up, Annie is close behind and Kora too, Tucker's is halfway up, Wrangle has one half way.........it's so cute to see them when they cock their heads one way or another, listening to you. They don't seem to be too big of eaters. I think Mattie's litter of 6 ate WAY more than these 8!! But again, Bella has TONS and TONS of milk, so I think they're keeping full on milk! LOL She has produced more milk than any of our other girls. It was funny yesterday, and one of those "oh I wish I had my camera on me" moments............but after they had eaten and the dish was cleaned, Annie climbed right into it and laid down, resting her head on the side........so funny! I don't know what it is that Heelers love dirt so good! We built a new pen yesterday, so we had these little dirt piles where we'd dug out for the corner posts, oh gracious.........they were in heaven playing on these dirt piles!!! They rolled around, dug, ran up and down........it was just the greatest "toy" for them! LOL I don't know how many times last week that I put Bella and several pups up! They all dig, dig, dig out! I will be back with pics, probably Wednesday, since I have today and tomorrow filled up with things to be done. I can't wait for you to see them! Have a great day! :)

A jumpstart to my day............

As I slowly and sleepily made my way to the kitchen this morning at 6:30, I get out here and hear all these little whines and cries, puppy barking and what sounded like a madhouse. I ran over to the window so that I could check things out, and what do I see??.....................Bella and ALL pups are OUT!! Some of them had gotten behind the pen and between that and the barbed wire fence that runs back there, thankfully no one got hurt or a scratch on them. I had to climb back in there to get Tucker and Bingo out.......they were scared and couldn't get out.....there was a big log in their way to climb over! But when I picked them up, you could just tell they were elated, it was like they let out a little sigh of relief......"we've been rescued"! Looks like Bella is teaching them early on how to dig their way out! She was pretty worried about all of them out and running around though. Maybe she'll learn not to dig holes in the pen with puppies on her!! LOL You know what we're getting today don't you?? That's right..........several bags of CONCRETE!!! LOL

Howdy and new pics!

Hello! What a busy month May is proving to be! :) Clayton had a field trip to Dollywood last Friday. It was a VERY hot and crowded day to say the least. I think there must've been 10 million kids there!! And temps were in the upper 80's and HUMID. At least all the kids had fun..........and I get to do it again this week with Laura's class!

Have had a busy time with photo sessions. Had a fun 1 year old "cake smash" session over the weekend. I love doing those!! Messy........but FUN! Now, I've got a ton of pictures to process and load for the clients.

Hard to believe the kids are just about to wrap school up! This year has gone super fast. Oh man, I SO dread little man starting kindergarten this year. :(  Cole is very excited and can't wait, so, guess that's good.......if he keeps that attitude.

Puppies are doing so good. I have finally taken them outside full time now. Bella really enjoys that! She's very much an "outside" dog. She's one of these, that you can look out, and she'll be chasing a butterfly across the yard, so fun and carefree. Puppies are liking digging in the dirt and hanging out underneath the doghouse, that's been dug out! LOL Have grown lots and definitely have a full mouth of SHARP little teeth! I know I say it all the time, but I swear, this litter must be THE absolute most sweetest litter we've had! They are just big cuddle babies and LOVE belly rubs. Little Bingo will come running over and practically just throw herself over on her back waiting for me to give her a belly rub. While I took pictures earlier, a group of them decided to have a herding marathon, around and around the doghouse.........after Laura's heels!! LOL They were going just as fast as their short little legs could go! Well, onto some fun pictures here........look at how they've grown! Have a good night ya'll!

Ah, aren't you just anxious to see these little babies?!? They have grown lots and are changing right before my eyes! So full of play and I just love this age. 4 weeks old today. They just have to be the sweetest litter we've had. Little Annie cracks me up......anytime she sees an available lap, that's where she heads! LOL  They just play and nap, play, nap and are beginning to follow me everywhere. It was so hard getting pics today.......they all were under my feet, and if I sat down in the grass to get some better shots, you guessed it..........right smack in my lap they all would come sit! They really enjoyed their time outside, rolling in the grass and exploring. Didn't get to stay out as long as I'd plan, the darn wind was blowing so hard that they just weren't too sure about it. I swear you'd think it's March or something. Ok, on to the pics...........ENJOY!!! :)
